Online or in-person test?
If these conditions don’t apply to you, you can take the DKT online. You can make a booking to take the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) in-person at a Service NSW Centre. Take the online test as many times as you need for the one test fee. Most of our tests are delivered online only to allow for equitable access for test candidates.

If you’ve passed the test in DKT online, you do not need to make a booking to go to a service centre and apply for your licence.
