Our Story

We moved back home to our roots in Shropshire a few years ago and couldn’t believe our luck when we stumbled on The Coach House; a Grade II, Eighteenth Century, beautiful timbered building in the heart of the village of Kemberton. The Coach House was originally part of Kemberton House which is next door.

Kemberton is a small village that is fortunate to still have its own village pub, The Masons Arms, as well as a church (St Andrew’s) and a vibrant village hall that was previously the village primary school.

The property originally had seven bedrooms and after updating the main house in 2020, we turned our attention to converting the wing of the house into separate private self-catering accommodation for others to enjoy.  Our vision was to create a romantic peaceful escape with high quality fixtures and luxurious fittings.  Having stayed away from home for most of our working lives we felt we had a really good knowledge of what was required to make the perfect property either for couples or solo travellers who may be working away from home.

We fully respect the privacy of our guests but we are on hand should we be needed.
